		<description>Most people can't count.  I'm not even talking about people who just aren't good at math or who failed high school.  I'm talking most people just really can't count.  Period.  These are usually the same people who think that the first year of the 21st century was 2000.  Anyone who knows anything about math and counting will tell you the first year of the 21st century was 2001.
